At Sapmeesuk Intertrade Co., Ltd., we are committed to delivering your orders safely, quickly, and efficiently. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we handle shipping, delivery times, and related matters.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all provinces in Thailand.
International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • Custom-built PCs or special-order items may require additional processing time.


3. Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your location and the courier service used:

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen factors.

4. Shipping Methods & Partners

We partner with reliable couriers such as:

  • Flash Express

  • Kerry Express

  • Thailand Post

  • J&T Express

Tracking numbers will be provided via email or SMS once the item has been shipped.


5. Shipping Fees

  • Standard shipping rates apply based on product weight, size, and destination.

  • Free shipping may be offered on select promotions or for orders over a specified amount (if applicable).

  • Shipping costs will be calculated and shown at checkout before payment.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link to monitor the delivery status. You can also contact our support team for tracking assistance.


7. Failed Delivery / Returned Packages

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the package:

  • The courier will usually attempt redelivery or leave instructions.

  • If the package is returned to us, we may contact you for re-shipment (additional charges may apply).


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or your order is missing items:

  1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the package.

  2. Provide photos and details.

  3. We will investigate and resolve the issue by offering a replacement, refund, or store credit.
